Founded in 1990 as a result of the merger of two metal carpentry companies in the Marche region of Italia, Biagiotti S.r.l. operates in the industrial, civil and railway shipbuilding sectors. Biagiotti S.r.l. is a reliable company built on the passion, devotion and pioneering spirit of three generations.
Today the company is under the leadership of Michele Biagiotti and his two sons, Davide and Nicola. Having started experience in artisan industry, over the years the company has acquired a wide range of skills in all areas of processing carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum, in the naval, industrial, civil and railway sectors.

Technical skills
These are the qualities that allow Biagiotti to operate not only as a performer of metal structures, but as a specialized supplier who studies, proposes alternative solutions and determines the functionality of the work.
The entire structure created by Biagiotti relies on a human capital of more than 150 people with different specializations, a technologically advanced internal service center and a staff of designers who enable it to operate in numerous production activities for prestigious national and international clients.
The power of the group resides in the heart of its operative center in Terre Roveresche (PU). Here the team works with passion and awareness, offering customers turnkey solutions, with the aim of meeting all needs.
Welding: keystone of the business
The great experience in all types of metal carpentry workings is ensured by continuous training of the operators, carried out in cooperation with an IWE consultant.
The welds are carried out in accordance with the quality requirements of EN 3834-2.
The welders are qualified according to UNI EN 9606 and 14732 for carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminium, Cor-Ten, duplex, super duplex.
All processes are certified according to the European standard UNI EN 15614, ASME IX, 14555, AWS D1.1/D1.1M.
An A-level welding coordinator oversees all operations.
The company is also equipped with “Rina” personnel, qualified according to the European standards UNI EN ISO 9712, in charge of “N.D.T.” type welding tests, for VT, PT, MT controls and internal welding coordinator.
